Il JOB UIA 2011 TOKYO (Japan Organizing Board) ha annunciato l'avvio ad
uno degli eventi principali che si svolgeranno a TOKYO UIA 2011 10,000 World Architects Exhibition. L'esposizione è aperta a qualsiasi architetto proveniente da tutto il mondo ed è stata pensata proprio per avvicinare diverse culture. Il sito web della mostra sarà accessibile ad un pubblico vastissimo, ovunque e in qualsiasi momento. La mostra sarà l'occasione giusta per presentare il vostro lavoro e divulgarlo rapidamente in tutto il mondo. Durante i lavori del convegno UIA2011 TOKYO la mostra sarà riportata su degli enormi pannelli collocati in luoghi diversi in giro per il Tokyo International Forum, la sede principale. Il JOB UIA2011 TOKYO (Japan Organizing Board) ha annunciato le nuove informazioni che riguardano i relatori, gli interventi, i contributi professionali e gli eventi correlati al Convegno UIA 2011. Sono inoltre presenti tutte le informazoni sugli hotel e le strutture alberghiere per chi voglia visitare Tokyo e partecipare al convegno. Per dettagli visitate il sito ufficiale.
Il programma dell'edizione 2011 (25 - 29 settembre) del Congresso Internazionale di Architettura è ancora in via di definizione (informazioni e dettagli) e prevede, oltre alle cerimonie classiche di apertura e di chiusura, una serie di eventi come concorsi di progettazione, tours, e mostre. A breve sarà anche definito un programma associato con la descrizione dettagliata di seminari, convegni (compresi i programmi di formazione continua per i professionisti giapponesi), programmi sociali, mostre commerciali, pogrammi culturali e varie proposte correlate. Il tema principale del congresso di questo anno è il 'Design 2050', argomento che sarà affrontata da tre prospettive diverse: l'ambiente, la vita e la sopravvivenza.
* ambiente: il nostro pianeta, l'architettura sostenibile, calamità naturali, acqua, agricoltura, ambiente cosmico.
* vita: problemi di popolazione, la società che invecchia, le malattie infettive, la vita artificiale, la biodiversità.
* sopravvivenza: la nostra società avanzata dell'informazione, i problemi urbani, economia, trasporti, istruzione, patrimonio storico.
TOKYO 2011 sarà una pietra miliare per lo scambio, l'elaborazione e la condivisione di una visione per il futuro del design verso il 2050 e oltre.
